Private School and PEP Scholarships Login
Families are now invited to renew or apply for a 2024-25 scholarship for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO) and the Florida Tax Credit (FTC) Scholarship, including the Personalized Education Program (PEP).
Helpful Tips:
- If you already have an existing EMA account, please click the “Log in to EMA” button below and use that same account for the 2024-25 school year. Families will have one account where they will manage their students’ scholarships, even if the children benefit from different scholarship programs.
- If you do not have an existing EMA account, please click the “Log in to EMA” button below and then click “Sign Up” to create your account.
- Before beginning your 2024-25 application, please view the “My Students” tab to ensure all of your students are linked to your EMA account. If a student is not listed, please click the “Add a Student” button to add them BEFORE beginning an application.
- Apply by scrolling down on your EMA dashboard and clicking the “Apply” button next to the appropriate program. If your family will benefit from more than one scholarship, you will select which students you are applying for as you begin the application. IMPORTANT: Starting this year, a student can only be on one scholarship application. Please be sure you apply for the correct scholarship program for each student.
- Note: If you are interested in PEP, you will select “Apply” for the FTC/FES-EO program.
- After submitting your application, you may monitor your status within your EMA account. We also encourage you to monitor your email for updates.
- If you encounter an error message at any point while applying, please clear your cache and try again.
For the 2023-24 school year, we are no longer accepting applications for the FTC/FES-EO scholarship programs
Note: If you are interested in transportation assistance to a public school different than the one your student is assigned, recently passed legislation will create a new Transportation Stipend for K-8 students, regardless of household income, to assist with transportation costs to a Florida non-virtual public school that is different than their assigned school. If the bill is signed by the Governor, this program will go into effect July 1, 2024 and applications for the 2024-25 school year will be available in the fall. Unique Abilities Scholarship
Families are now invited to renew or apply for a 2024-25 scholarship for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Student with Unique Abilities program.

Hope Scholarship for Victims of Bullying
With recently passed legislation, the Hope Scholarship, created to support families whose K-12 students have experienced bullying, will merge with the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO) and Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC) programs.

Transportation Stipend
Recently passed legislation will create a new Transportation Stipend for K-8 students, regardless of household income, to assist with transportation costs to a Florida non-virtual public school that is different than their assigned school.
Priority will be given to those students who received a Transportation Scholarship during the 2023-24 school year.
This program will go into effect July 1, 2024 and applications for the 2024-25 school year will be available in the fall. Join our pre-registration list to be informed when applications become available.
